These are the rules that govern every Urban Wheels Bike Rentals booking. They're written to keep your ride safe, your wallet protected, and our fleet ready for the next rider.

A fair-use distance limit applies to every booking. Anything beyond is billed per kilometer.
Usage beyond the applicable limit will incur additional per-kilometer charges:
Fuel is not included in the rental cost.
The renter is fully responsible for fuel expenses during the rental period.
The minimum rental duration is up to 4 hours.
Late returns will attract extra charges on an hourly or daily basis, depending on the delay.
Please carry these originals at the time of pickup:
Returning the vehicle later than the agreed time will result in additional hourly or daily rental charges, applied automatically based on the delay.
Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period will be chargeable as per actual repair costs.
The security deposit will be used to cover such damages where applicable.
One helmet is provided with every booking.
Additional helmets and mobile holders are available for a small extra charge.
GST is not included in the rental price.
Applicable GST is charged separately and added at checkout.
A valid driving license and the minimum legal riding age are required to rent a bike.
A security deposit is collected at the time of booking.
The deposit will be refunded at the time of vehicle return, subject to no damage.
Delivery charges depend on the distance from the respective store.
Rentals are available within the city.
All bookings are non-refundable.
The amount paid to reserve a booking is not refunded on cancellation or a no-show.
Rescheduling may be possible if you contact us before the pickup time, subject to availability.
